If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is made. Late payment may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

  • Respect appointment times and provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
